In-District Registration

To begin the registration process, please click here for Registration Gateway.  This is our online enrollment portal and is the first step in the registration process and must be completed prior to scheduling an appointment.  Please add at least 2 contacts in addition to the parents/guardians (to be reached in case of an emergency while your child is at school) and at least 1 alert. Upon completion of Registration Gateway you will be prompted to schedule an appointment to come in and turn in supporting documents.  All documents required at time of registration are listed below.

Parent or Legal guardian must be present at time of registration.
Registration will not be submitted until completed in Registration Gateway and all documents are received.

2024-2025 Kindergarten Class of 2037
Children are eligible for kindergarten if they turn five years old on or before September 1, 2024.  However, children who turn five between September 2 and December 1, 2024 are able to enroll in kindergarten if their parents submit a waiver form.  Registration will go live beginning February 1, 2024.  Click here for more information on kindergarten registration.

All items listed below must be submitted at the time of your registration appointment.

Three (3) Proofs of Residency (all proofs of residency must reflect Birth Parent or Guardian’s name and address):

One (1) of any of the following in the address you are applying for:

  • Current City Property Tax Bill
  • Current Rental/Lease Agreement
  • Current Mortgage Statement

~AND~

Two (2) of the following in the address you are registering for (any combination of two- reflecting Parent/Guardian's name and address):

  • Current utility bills (not the Warren water bill) and/or:
  • Credit card statements

Shut off notices and intent to shut off notices will not be accepted.

  • Original Birth Certificate of the child (with the raised seal)
  • Complete immunization record for the child
  • Hearing and Vision for Kindergarten
  • Custody/Guardianship Documents if necessary
  • Guardian Picture ID (identification only)
  • Residency Affidavits (if applicable)
